Tsaro is a community security and early warning system built for northern Nigeria, where the people most at risk are often the least likely to have reliable connectivity.

End-to-end system with a Flask backend and a React Native frontend, combining fine-tuned Gemma models with SMS-tier delivery so alerts still reach communities on basic handsets and patchy networks.
